We are looking for an optimistic, go-getter, and talented candidate to join our team in Mohali as an IT Recruiter!
This is a dynamic role for someone who has good communication as well as knowledge of IT Recruitment and wants to grow fast. Experience in IT recruitment and HR management is a big plus.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Familiar with the functions and recruitment standards of each post in various departments,
- Collect recruitment needs of each department on a monthly basis.
- Expand recruitment channels, publish recruitment information, screen candidate resumes, arrange and follow up interviews, and achieve recruitment targets.
- HR process operation: a. responsible for handling employee severance interviews and separation process work.
- Attendance management.
- Daily HR report Output.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
IT Recruitment, HR, Knowledge of the Internet.
- Master degree in HR or related field
- At least 1 years of IT Recruitment or HR. Freshers can also apply.
- Knowledge of computers, the internet, social media, and Ms. Office.
- Have strong communication, coordination, and promotion ability, with strong empathy and patience.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹12,500.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
